Senior Manager – Reward & Performance (HK$65K - $75K) (Ref. No.: 22450)

Our client, a Chinese bank is now urgently looking for a seasoned HR professional to lead their Rewards & Performance team.

Job Duties

  • Assist the Division Head to development, review and implement compensation, rewards & performance projects.
  • Handle annual salary and rewards projects including annual salary review and promotions, bonus review; serve as a internal consultant to handle salary questionnaires and regularly re-examine the salary structure.
  • Prepare management reports and analyses on a regular basis.
  • Responsible for upholding / updating HR policies to meet the requirements of the parent company and ensure in line with best practice of the bank.
  • Responsible for headcount and cost management.
  • Support management and business head for the development of HR strategies.
  • Liaise with HKMA.
  • Handle ad hoc projects.

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience in areas of reward and performance management in banking industry, in which at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Familiar in HKMA policies, strong knowledge in Employment Ordinance and related regulations.
  • Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
  • Familiar in using MS applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin).
