Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager , Luxury Retail (Ref. No.: 27114)

Our client, well-known Luxury Brand, specializing in handbags fine jewelry, watches and accessories, is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their team.

Assist for the day to day running of the store and ensure the store is properly managed.
Assist to establish and maintain the highest standard of store environment thus providing satisfactory customer service.
Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to customer enquiries and complaints.
Assist to formulate and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
Lead, motivate and develop the store team and create the right environment to ensure team and individual development.
Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers.

Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience in luxury brands or fast fashion retail.
Strong business awareness, with logical thinking & analytical ability.
Good leadership with ability to coach and motivate sales team.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
Self-motivated & energetic.
Dedicated with strong sense of commitment.
Excellent command of English & Chinese.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Supervisor.
