Executive Director, Merger & Acquisitions (Ref. No.: 27408)

Our client, a leading tech growth PE firm across the region, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Lead and execute the entire process of overseas M&A projects, including transaction structuring, due diligence, negotiation, and closing
Collaborate closely with intermediaries such as investment banks, law firms, and accounting firms to ensure smooth transaction execution
Analyze the target company's financial status, valuation, and risks, and provide investment advice
Coordinate internal fund resources to ensure projects are completed on time and in accordance with the fund's investment strategy
Participate in the fund's investment decision-making and provide professional advice on transaction

Bachelor's degree or above from reputable universities is preferred
At least 8 years of experience in overseas M&A or related fields at a top-tier investment bank, with extensive transaction execution experience
Experience with M&A projects in the communications, electronics, or hard technology industries is preferred
Excellent financial valuation analysis, communication, and negotiation skills, with familiarity with the legal and financial frameworks of international M&A transactions
Fluent in both Chinese and English, and able to adapt to an international work environment
Base in HK or Singapore
