Workforce Analytics & Resource Planning
- Analyze workforce, headcount, vacancy, contractor, and organizational data to provide timely management insights.
- Prepare workforce dashboards, resource reports, and management information packs for leadership review.
- Support resource planning, workforce forecasting, and capacity management discussions.
Performance & Productivity Insights
- Support divisional performance management processes through reporting and analytics.
- Develop reporting and metrics to monitor workforce productivity, resource allocation, capacity utilization, and delivery performance.
- Prepare management presentations and performance-related reports for leadership meetings.
- Support the development of meaningful KPIs and performance dashboards.
Workforce Governance & HRD Coordination
- Support manpower planning and headcount governance processes.
- Prepare reports and analysis for workforce reviews and management discussions.
- Coordinate with HR department and relevant stakeholders on workforce-related information and reporting requirements.
- Maintain workforce trackers, organization records, and planning documentation.
- Ensure reporting accuracy and consistency across approved data sources.
Reporting Innovation & Process Improvement
- Design and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and self-service reporting capabilities.
- Leverage Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 tools to improve reporting efficiency and information transparency.
- Automate recurring reports and streamline reporting processes where possible.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives relating to workforce analytics and management reporting.
